Bruce is a Caltrans engineer who commutes to work by bicycle. He came into Practical Cycle on a terribly windy afternoon interested in making his bike electric.  After a short test ride along the American River Parkway and a careful inspection, he found our offer on a used Pedego rental to be irresistible. We installed some nice chrome fenders, and he rode home through the wind with a big smile on his face.
