Basic Service Policy
- Pedego brand bikes take priority over all other brands.
- Warranty service takes priority over paid service of all bikes.
- Batteries must not remain with bikes unless it is a Pedego brand AND the battery is suspect.
- Rental bike service takes priority over non Pedego brand service.
- We MAY provide a loaner rental in special cases.
- The turnaround time goal is always the same or next day! Obvious exceptions when we have to order parts.
- All non Pedego brand bikes must pay an $80 service deposit up front. For ALL non Pedego brand bikes and electric bikes we will evaluate the situation and determine cost to provide service. This Deposit covers the first 30 minutes of service and you will be notified before any additional costs will apply. Often this will cover the labor to fix a flat or other common basic repair.
- Warranty labor is provided for the 100 mile check within 90 days of purchase and during the first year of ownership. Warranty labor is extended each year the Full Annual Service ($160) is performed up to the 5th year.
- A storage fee of $5 per day applies after 3 days from notification to pick up.
