Warranty Service Policy
Practical Cycle services what we sell and will honor the manufacturers warranty on any product you purchased from Practical Cycle. Most manufacturers do not pay for labor to diagnose and repair their products, however Practical Cycle will provide those services on covered products that you purchased from Practical Cycle.
Warranties only apply to the original purchaser and are not transferable. Warranty service must be provided in our workshop. If mobile service is requested there will be a fee to provide mobile service, including pickup and delivery charges. Each manufacturer of complete bikes or components on bikes has their own warranty policies which may change from time to time. Please contact the manufacturer directly to determine the exact policy that applies in your case.
Returns and Refunds
Our customer service policy is the golden rule. We'll treat you how we would want to be treated ourselves. We're committed to doing whatever it takes to make sure you are totally satisfied delighted.
If you're unhappy because we made a mistake or there is something wrong with the product you purchased, you can return it to us at our expense for a full refund or replacement.
If you just changed your mind or the product will not work for you through no fault on our part, you can return it to us at your own expense for a refund minus restock and transaction fees and all shipping costs. Product must be new in original packaging and suitable for sale as new.
